In order to become free you have to overcome Earth gravity (norms of society, indoctrinated beliefs, someone's
rules) and not be afraid to step towards your own spiritual growth.
All of us sometimes emotionally "flying" - it is joyful and gives us great pleasure.
But it is not always, and not as often as we would like to experience.
So what is stopping you?
Of course, at the beginning it is not easy and one has to be patient and work on his/her inner self.

If one looks and observes Nature one can see beautiful example - transformation of a caterpillar to a batterfly. Transformation of an ugly creature to a beautiful one. The transformation from a crawling creature that does not see far beyond its appetite to the highly flying butterfly. What is between two stages of such development? |

It is the cocoon in which you don't have food, no light, unusual setting (inner crisis in human, spiritual growth through the curbing of one's desires and overcoming your weakness). But the result is worth of the efforts. The human gains the knowledge and the ability to "fly" , to enjoy the life and to spread the beauty to the outside world. |

Of course there are those cases when "caterpillar" thinks that she is a butterfly already... < Please watch It's important not only to feel like a butterfly but also to look like one ( gradually transforming your inner self). |
Speaking about me, when I was a "caterpillar" I always believed that I had the power to change if I really wanted to. And to tell you the truth, changing into a butterfly wasn't even the hardest part.
The hardest part was giving up being a caterpillar" (let my old habits go, explore the world around me, to empty my glass) .
