Fasting Diary Day 6

I woke up at 8 am. (Deep sleep for 5 hours – did not even blink). Good to have healthy sleeping back. Opened the eyes and checked it was 8 am. Since it was Sunday, decided to sleep more but the body did not let me do it. The order was to stand up. Usually Sunday is a church day, so I decided to go to church – mother nature.

I went for a walk in my area with a mission. I had a weapon – trash bag and collected bottles and cans around the trees. It was funny, as I was walking in the woods, sometimes it was hard to see since some of the bottles were covered by leaves for a long time and I asked the forest to point to the garbage.

I bended to pick one trash and the needle got stuck in my ass. I turned around and it was a little can coming out, I picked it, it was more. I discovered the whole trash pile of leftovers from the party. Within thirty minutes I had full trash bag and went back.  I had a goof laugh later about the needle. :)

It was a good exercise plus a useful thing for me as I felt that I did something good.

Hunger was absent throughout the day. The sweating and itching is gone too. Plenty of energy is present and light thoughts. Mood is great and I am feeling alive. No laziness or tiredness. I stopped washing my head with shampoo in the first day of fasting.

I just rinse in the shower but do not apply anything.  ( Later I bought natural shampoo from Whole Foods Market) Sweating actually smells good. (Could be just for me, but I think it is better then it was before – more like water). Before it was like a fat, now it is watery substance.

I started thinking that may be this is the way people should smell, if there is no toxins in the body, so there is no need for deodorants. Tomorrow is a last day. URA.

I am looking forward to Tuesday – it is the exit strategy from fasting. Very important time, but I am OFF. URA! Good night.
