Fasting Diary ( September 2-8) 2008 11/03/2008
Hello, everyone. Day 1 Today is the first day - September 2nd 2008. I had to work today so it was interesting. Upon arrival to work I prepared hot green tea. Ended up throwing up in the toilet. Decided not to include green tea in fasting. :) Green tea is powerful antioxidant so, that is why I had a little accident. My toxic body, full of various trash that I accumulated for 27 years eating without thinking if it is healthy or not. Diluted orange juice will be the replacement for the tea. By launch my coworkers have started micro waving things and that send me a really hard signal for hunger. I withstood and left the store for a fresh air. Once I got home I went to the park to run a little. I felt a little weak, but I said to myself that this is part of the purification process (first it gets bad before it gets good). After park I took another shower and spent some time on the Internet to read about fasting. After 30 minutes my whole body was itching. I went to the Whole Foods Store and purchased body scrub and some Japanese sea salt to take a bath. It helped a little. So I did body scrub and took a last shower (as I thought it was a last shower). I could not sleep. I sweat, and sweat and sweat. It was too hot for me plus I had a feeling that bugs are biting my whole body. I jumped couple of times and turned on the light just to see if there were any bugs in my bed. There was nothing. I took final shower at 3 am and went to bed. I was sleeping closer to 4 am.
